Chapter 27
This chapter is about being mentally, musically, and physically prepared to lead worship. The last chapter talked about preparing your heart this chapter adds on to that. Being musically prepared is important because of the music does not sound good it is distracting to is who are trying to worship. This chapter also discusses how the Bible talks about planning. God had a plan for salvation before time began.
I like this chapter because it is right that it is important to prepare for worship. It is great when spontaneous things happen but it is good to have a plan so that the music is organized and sounds good. As worship leaders it is important that we use our time wisely to make a plan for a great worship.

Chapter 26
This chapter is about being spiritually prepared to lead. It talks about how we need to be fully devoted to God during worship and spiritually prepare before we lead worship. We alone are not worthy of God but, but by His blood God made us worthy.
I loved in this chapter when the author said, "Some people say that praise is the door to the presence of the Lord." That is very true because when we praise God whether it is through worship or not we feel His presence and a sense of peace because we know He is present. By preparing our hearts before leading worship we can help lead others.

Chapter 15
This Chapter is about exercising diplomacy. The author discusses different scenarios of conflict between people in the church. There are arguments and many different opinions. Some people are even mean to some of their fellow church leaders. Many of the people do not like confrontation. This chapter talks about how we should not run from problems but strive to work them out.
I like this chapter because it talks about what to do when things are going wrong and when you argue with people. As a worship team their will be times when we do not agree on something and argue. It is important to talk through our problems and try to find a solution rather than run away from them.
